My approach to massage is rooted in the belief that restorative bodywork should be deeply personal. Every session is shaped around your body, your tension patterns, and what you need.
I am a graduate of the Finger Lakes School of Massage, with training in Deep Tissue, Prenatal, Swedish, Shiatsu, and Sports Massage. Over more than a decade of practice, my work in New York City, Los Angeles, and the Berkshires has shaped an intuitive, precise approach grounded in deep listening and intentionally paced bodywork.
Rather than following a formula, I work with the individual in front of me—combining experience, intuition, and focused therapeutic work to create space for meaningful release and restoration.
Today, Restored. offers personalized in-office and in-home massage throughout the Berkshires.
I am a Licensed Massage Therapist and fully insured in Massachusetts, New York, California, and Pennsylvania.
